SFC Private RallyPoint Member 68003

I need to submit a Moral Waiver for 2 misdemeanors (1 juvenile and 1 Adult), nervous about putting all the work on the packet just to get the waiver denied. Have not been in trouble since joining the Army, and the misdemeanors happened 8 and 13 years ago. Very curious to see how many other applicants have gone through this same process. Decided to submit my Warrant Packet for 920B, has anybody had any experience with Moral Waivers for this process? 2014-03-02T18:19:25-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 68003

Now for the Adult convictions did they occur prior to enlisted or since that will determine how long the process will be or if it will be worth the effort as well, because if it happened while you were in, you had to get a moral waiver to re-enlist so again you would be covered. You should be but without knowing full details would be hard to give proper guidance on the issue.

Every one is supposed to be case by case basis, so what someone else went through may not apply or even be relevant in your case either.
Response by SFC James Baber made Mar 2 at 2014 6:33 PM 2014-03-02T18:33:30-05:00 2014-03-02T18:33:30-05:00 SGM Matthew Quick 68015

This process allows Soldiers to apply, with a very limited amount of paperwork, for Moral Wavier approval. If disapproved, the Soldier will be notified and the application process will be ended. If the Moral Waiver request is approved, the Soldier will then be responsible to complete a normal application packet and include a copy of the moral waiver approval memorandum.
