My friend Floyd got his Total Disability about a year before he died. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've heard the same thing, but haven't seen anything to validate. I really hope that they do expedite the processing. That surely would alleviate some of the veterans financial and medical concerns. I'm also sorry to hear about your friends.
