PO1 Preston House 4383221 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I talked with a VA respresentative today who stated my appeal is awaiting a 2nd signature which has been in this stage since January 24, 2019. Not to mention my initial filed date was August 13, 2018 which puts me well over the 125 days mark. I do not understand how the RAMP program is supposed to be better when it’s in the same phase online stating Gathering Evidence but nothing is being requested by doctors or myself. Just do not understand how the VA handle claims. They cannot never give you any details of how why it takes so long for someone to provide a signature. Do anyone understand the RAMP process and how it is really supposed to work? 2019-02-19T22:29:42-05:00 PO1 Preston House 4383221 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I talked with a VA respresentative today who stated my appeal is awaiting a 2nd signature which has been in this stage since January 24, 2019.
