Did research online to try and find an answer but was unable to come up with anything concrete. Thank you for the insight. Almost all Exchange employees are Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) employees, which is different from regular civil service. I&#39;m not sure if they have CAC, but should have a photo ID of some type just to get onto the installation.
