Did research online to try and find an answer but was unable to come up with anything concrete. Thank you for the insight. Non Appropriated DoD civilian employee. Almost all Exchange employees are Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) employees, which is different from regular civil service. I'm not sure if they have CAC, but should have a photo ID of some type just to get onto the installation.
