CW2 Private RallyPoint Member 1514403 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I can no longer find a pair of boots that is listed above EE. I'm trying to buy new Coyote boots for the new uniform and I can't find a single pair wide enough. I've tried ordering online but no luck. Anyone know of a custom manufacturer that makes EXTRA wide anymore? Do EXTRA wide boots exist anymore? 2016-05-09T21:55:00-04:00 CW2 Private RallyPoint Member 1514403 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I can no longer find a pair of boots that is listed above EE. However for whatever it might be worth, have you ever given any thought to trying to find anyone by you that might actually make custom shoes and or boots, as well as other footware? I'm reasonably certain such capability still exists though it is obv rare in the present day certainly , that's all I'm trying to say, honest. If I find anything I'll try to submit it here on the off chance it might possibly do you any good, if you might have an interest, you never know, I might luck out and find something that might be worthwhile looking into, honest, many thanks, hope was useful . Ask your Supply Sergeant, he would be more knowledgeable in this area than I am. See AR 32-4 SPECIAL MEASUREMENT CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR, ORTHOPEDIC FOOTWEAR, GUIDONS, STREAMERS, AND FLAGS, there is also within a CTA (don’t remember the number) on the subject of personnel who cannot be fitted through the regular supply system. I wear 4E extra wide boots. A couple of manufacturers make extra wide, but they are 3E extra wide meaning I would have to go up 3 more sizes to fit my foot in. Even the boot manufacturers who make issue boots don't sell those sizes, they have to be ordered through clothing and sales. I settled with what I could get and wore just wide boots (until the sides busted out) for about a decade until I started having severe foot problems from my feet curling in my boots. I eventually had to start special ordering boots to get any that fit and wouldn't cause more foot damage. My podiatrist is well known with the military community here and helps special order boots through his contacts for the guys at the base that need something custom or extra wide to accommodate their feet. There are a few Danners and Carolinas out there but size availability is spotty. Also, getting the right "coyote" vs. a tan is likely a problem.
