When I was there in the early 90's for the 6 month tour with 82nd ABD DIV, we did not get an OSR. But I believe the one year tour should. However, when I did mine I had a buddy who was on his second MFO deployment, which supposedly qualified him for an OSR. If it is longer now, then perhaps.
