Me personally, I have no problem saying "Jerry, that was a B.S call" because we have that kind of relationship. I would never call anyone out of their name, because I dont do that crap, but my TL isnt getting any benefit of the doubt, or am I going to let a call slide simply because he is the CPT.

I bring this up because I see this dynamic alot in other units or teams, where by default of being the SNCO or OIC you dont call fouls or let crap slide. I love a competitive game, and would love nothing more than to play a tough physical game with all my teammates and shake hands over beers after. What are your thoughts? Are you more "forgiving" with the TL, CMDRS, and SNCO's? I didn't care and made sure those I played with knew that. In game, you're blue or red. Rank means nothing. Its for that reason among others I never do participate outside mandatory "fun days". The weekend/off days is for relaxing not interacting with your chain of command. Ill play a pick up game with my buddies instead. Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 21 at 2015 12:56 AM 2015-10-21T00:56:26-04:00 2015-10-21T00:56:26-04:00 2015-10-20T22:48:50-04:00
