I was told by the NCOIC of CIF that there is possibly and ALARACT or MILPER Message out that says we don't have to turn in our flame retardant uniforms when you retire/ETS. Does anyone have anymore information on this. I recently had a soldier that was charged and the NCOIC told me this after the soldier paid for everything and ETS'd out of the Army.Do we have to turn in our flame-retardant uniforms when we retire/ETS?2019-09-15T21:14:05-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member5027546<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have searched the internet high and low and can't find an answer to my question. As things cycle out of the inventory the Army stops collecting them back. For instance, I can no longer turn in any BDU or black cold weather or rain gear, and I have a black and green sleeping bag I don't have to turn in now.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 16 at 2019 10:50 AM2019-09-16T10:50:44-04:002019-09-16T10:50:44-04:00SPC Elijah J.
