I went for an interview with a former client and the question asked of me was to suggest a marketing mode that will be most cost-effective and a medium for talent screening medium. After a minute I replied, "The use of social media and/or professional media is best option to market our open posts and build a comprehensive test online in our social media sites, where talent can complete the test and enter their candidacy. Then; the HR can select the best of these candidates for interviews". The client was impressed and confirmed to me that social media is today's medium for sharing, assessing and recruiting best qualified talent. Reguardless of format. But you have to use the tool to build the relationship, the first time you contact someone you shouldn't be asking for a job. The advantage of these websites is you can find people who have done what you want to do and co tact them for advice and you can build on that into job leads. I think you should consider starting your blog, for example, on Instagram or TikTok. You could tell your followers interesting facts about the military and also show your retirement life. Several services can help you gain subscribers and increase your account activity. For example, SocialFollowersFree https://socialfollowersfree.com/ . But you can also use other methods to increase the number of followers. I would love to follow the life of a retired military man. I think it's interesting.

Free TikTok Followers and Likes - socialfollowersfree.com

Get your Free TikTok followers and Free TikTok likes here, with just three easy steps you can become famous on TikTok.
