There are two reasons for this. <br /><br />(1) At our Senior Leader TAP course it was ingrained into us to have a career plan for the duration of our life to age 100. Yes, just in case. <br /><br />(2) Every interview that I've been in I'm asked "What is your 5 year plan?"
