South Korea wasn&#39;t even a signature to the agreement so do they have standing in its ending? Signatories; United Nations Command (USA), Korean People&#39;s Army, China. Do you think South Korea has legal standing to end The Korean Armistice Agreement? 2018-04-21T22:29:22-04:00 COL Private RallyPoint Member 3565536 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>All this talk about North and South Korea ending The Korean Armistice Agreement. In my view, if the two countries opened their borders, within a decade, plain old capitalism would spread and both countries would benefit. I ask you, what has been the results of Vietnam?
