Always a personal choice, but being one of the only lower enlisted working there I looked at it like this. My leadership was squared away and I was lucky to have been there. Proper military manner goes along way. Before it is mentioned, the Army Element did not have a unit crest. Normally though, I will just wear my Senior Aviation Wings, RDI, nameplate, and shoulder marks. <br /><br />Pro Tip if you don&#39;t know already: use a commercial stiffener backing, or just a piece of cardboard, behind your ribbons, badges, etc. This will prevent your ribbons/badges from pulling downward on your shirt, which makes everything look like crap.
