Meaning, WHAT has to be done by WHO and WHEN does it has to be done by. With this I could figure out the conflicts, gaps and so on. From the Excel data I could then built the movement annex for the battalion OPORD. I was an untrained UMO when I did all this.<br /><br />If you PM me I can share the template I used when I was the Forward Support Battalion S4 + UMO.Response by MAJ Raúl Rovira made Mar 4 at 2017 7:38 PM2017-03-04T19:38:15-05:002017-03-04T19:38:15-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member2748789<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir, email me [login to see] .Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 20 at 2017 10:51 AM2017-07-20T10:51:40-04:002017-07-20T10:51:40-04:00CPT Andrew Trimble2758440<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Do you still need this?Response by CPT Andrew Trimble made Jul 23 at 2017 12:13 PM2017-07-23T12:13:27-04:002017-07-23T12:13:27-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member2805602<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you are still in need of this I have a program that can generate most of a movement plan for you. Good to seek advice though. Mostly line assignments here. In 78 the guys used decks of hard cards for input in many areas. Then we got green machines and used courier disks, before internet or wired data. Gradually it all filtered into JOPES for HQ. TPFFD and similar.
