Plus if they are backlogged it can add a few weeks to the process, if you look at the FAQ page for just requesting documentation alone from HRC it may be several months depending on the time frame the documents are from. They are very helpful if you have questions and submit them through the POC listed on the section concerning awards. You have to provide documentation that you were in the correct time and place to receive the award. There are also awards (like the ARCOM and AAM and even the Good Conduct Medal) which you have no &quot;right&quot; to but have to be recommended for.
