Does anyone know where to find a commissioning scroll sitting at SecDef?

Received an update letter from HQDA Indicating “ As of now, we are awaiting the by-name list of each candidate from The Office of the Secretary of Defense.”

Any one know where to access this list?

Short answer: You don't unless you happen to have a friend in the front office. Once it comes back, Recruiting Command will contact you with the results (rank recommendation, TIS credit, etc.)

To your unasked question of "How long?", it will move at the speed of bureaucracy. IF everything is 100% accurate for everyone on the scroll you are on and no additional back-and-forth has to take place, the SECDEF has been moving original appointment scrolls through averaging about four weeks. If there are any glitches, it will take longer.

The goal at OSD is to move the scrolls through in 21 duty/business days*.

The good news is that you're at the final stage before being notified of the panel results for the Direct Commissioning packet.
