I have interviewed for 3 AGR jobs, one of which I was the only person MOSQed for and was never picked. A lot of it depends on how you interview and your record more than anything.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 7 at 2018 2:44 PM2018-04-07T14:44:54-04:002018-04-07T14:44:54-04:00MSG Lance Kelly3522518<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Do you have a secondary MOS? Are you willing to reclass? Sometimes that helps. I thought only the Guard, not the Reserves had 11B? That could be an issue if there is no where to put you. However, being an 11B I would think that might be a good opportunity to serve as an instructor at an NCO Academy. That is how I got into the AGR program. Certain MOS's do have an advantage such as 42A (Human Resources). Since they combine so many admin MOS's into one they a dime a dozen and there are plenty of places for them to be stationed. I would try to find someone that might be able to answer questions for you or give insight as to your options. I wish you the best and hope you get it, it was a great career move for me.Response by MSG Lance Kelly made Apr 7 at 2018 7:54 PM2018-04-07T19:54:37-04:002018-04-07T19:54:37-04:002018-04-07T11:51:18-04:00
