You're racist if you disagree with someone of a different skin color.
You're homophobic if you disagree with any LGBQT agenda.
You're a religious zealot if any of your religious views disagree with any liberal agenda.
You're sexist if you disagree with the viewpoints of members of the opposite sex.
You're uneducated and likely stupid if you don't agree with climate change theories (either way).
And if you're a white male, you should just keep your mouth shut.

I have heard racists that disagree with Obama because of his race. And I hear about those who ONLY agree with Obama because of his race. But no, it does not make one racist because one disagrees with his policies.

It's ok to disagree with the policies of the President. That being said, I do think some people use policy disagreement as a political correct scapegoat to hide their racism. People stop supporting "policies" that's had bipartisan support for years. Congress over the years supported the President regardless of party on some things. Now, they support nothing the President put on the floor. In my view, there's a contempt for the current President I haven't seen with other Presidents. Some don't even have enough respect to call him President Obama, just Obama or POTUS. Not enough courtesy to show up when called by the president, feel the need to publicly scold the president sending the rest of the world a message our nation divided. The president has several policies that can be debated and quite frankly, some I disagree with. However, the animosity surrounding the president isn't all "policy" disagreement

I am not a sheep. I also know when I am stepping in shit no matter how much someone tells me it's dirt. The point is that disagreeing with political figures is not only a right, it is a necessity. If everything the president wanted was simply rubber stamped and accepted by the people, then we have already lost our freedom and our liberty. The men in the picture (below not above) sacrificed everything for Freedom and Liberty. Everyone on this site has made sacrifices for the liberties that we as Americans are entitled to. To simply throw that away because some douche says disagreeing with the president who happens to be a minority is racist is ridiculous. Hear that sound, it is the honored dead rolling over in their grave. I do not agree with Mr. Obama on many things. I think his stance on gun control is IDIOTIC. I think that the affordable health care act is a joke. As a person, I can't say, I have never met the man. As a leader, I think he has his head so far up his ass that it taints the food he eats. I have friends who are black, my wife and kids are hispanic, my mother in law was born in spain, I have friends who are gay. Judge the person based on their character, not on their race, religion, or lifestyle. Oh and one more thing, those idiots who keep throwing around race like it is a tennis ball, are not helping in race relations, they are feeding the fire that lines their pockets.

Look, I’m sure you’re not a racist, but when you post a meme like that what you’re doing is you’re inviting people who disagree with you, and those gentlemen on that poster to come in and explain to you why you are racist, or how the policies of those on that poster are unfair to different races. Also every time a liberal calls a conservative racist it seems like the conservative spends an inordinate amount of time complaining about being called racist, and then turns around and calls the other person racist. Conservatives way over blow this problem of stupid liberals, I don’t think that I’ve ever had to resort to call somebody racist during a political discussion, and the only people I know who come to that point in an argument very quickly are trolls.

Back to the original question; Yes, it is possible to disagree with the president without being a racist (I say this in my most exhausted tone, as the only real argument you offered was “I can‘t actually be a racist I have black friends [or black people I like]”, while initiating a conversation on whether or not you’re racist). It is also possible to disagree with conservative viewpoints and not be a communist, or socialist, or hate America, or not support the troops, while still being a “Real American” there are shout downs on both sides. I think that with this particular president there is a certain amount of exasperation by those who support him and attempt to answer those who are not so supportive of him when conservatives seem to have become 100% contrarians. I think the joke that Bill Maher uses is to call it black tracking, when politicians or individuals change their previously held opinions, or remove their support from something after Pres. Obama has come to support it as well (Read the deleted tweets after Bergdahl, watch the 2008 Republican debates on healthcare and immigration).

It doesn't make anyone a racist for disagreeing with the president and his policies. We all have the right to disagree or agree. What makes one racist is the extreme hate to another color, nationality, belief. I work as does everyone else with folks from all walks of life. We all were created equal. I was not taught to be racist. Racism is taught and can be learned when exposed to it constantly. WE can break that cycle!

If you are White and Conservative. Yes. If you are White and Liberal, you get cover from a corrupt media and forgiveness from all of the same ilk.

70% of the country is White. 17% is Latino, 13% is Black.

I would say it took far more white people to elect the President twice than blacks or hispanics.

In the same breath, I would ask the question. If you are Black, and you voted for President Obama because he is Black, does that make you a racist?

Facts are that Obama has done little or nothing to advance African Americans. Poverty is up on his watch, Black children born to a single mother is through the roof (like 70%), wages are down, unemployment through the roof...... on and on.....

I have heard the President quite clearly on several occasions with regard to White Cop on Black Kid incident, Trayvon Martin...... When is he going to address the TRAVESTY that 91% of black people murdered in this country are killed by other black people?
