I tried to ask through Navy BUPERS channels before I transitioned and then through Army HRC channels...but neither could provide a valid/definitive answer other than just saying - no, they don't carry over. I'm sure it has to do with what one of the previous posters mentioned, about it being a new service contract.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 7 at 2016 2:51 PM2016-11-07T14:51:14-05:002016-11-07T14:51:14-05:00Sgt Private RallyPoint Member2049170

LTJG Private RallyPoint Member Semper Fi. Leave can not be transferred to another service, but the "paid leave" is a shared item in the DOD. So if in the future you separate from the Air Force, you will only be paid for any leave up to the total of 60 days from your total military service. Any additional leave days are forfeited. Use as many days as you can.Response by Lt Col Valorie Baggenstoss made Nov 9 at 2016 12:27 AM2016-11-09T00:27:18-05:002016-11-09T00:27:18-05:002016-11-07T13:36:16-05:00
