<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think the more interesting thing this article points out is that Russia is being seen as a bigger threat again. If they need the upgrade, &amp; the threat is truly legitimate, then go for it. Perhaps in the meantime, produce the weapons so they can be fitted quickly if escalation occurs?
