A stryker is in no way shape or form intended to take on Russian Heavy Forces. If you need a 30MM take a Bradley!

I think the more interesting thing this article points out is that Russia is being seen as a bigger threat again. If they need the upgrade, & the threat is truly legitimate, then go for it. Perhaps in the meantime, produce the weapons so they can be fitted quickly if escalation occurs?

So, instead of dusting off the M1 tanks, or gassing up the Bradleys, the idea to spend money to change cannons on Strykers is the way people want to go? Interesting.
