Enlisted TV Show: Some Truth or just comedy?

For those who watched the show Enlisted what do you think? Accurate? Accurate to our perceptions of rear-detachment? Or just a comedy?

I couldn't get past that horrible pilot. Just awful.

Seeing as it is getting canceled sir, it appears that it wasn't making it's ratings.

In addition, there were several moments where I literally cringed, like when the Sergeant struck the LTC.

In short, I want to like this series, but certain things really detract from it.
I think it's harmless, so long civilians do not take this seriously.
