I have the separate duty positions for deployments like you mentioned. If you want I can send you my ERB as a guide. I was picked up for SFC on my first look at right years this way and hoping to repeat with this msg board (this is my first look) Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 29 at 2013 2:57 AM 2013-12-29T02:57:29-05:00 2013-12-29T02:57:29-05:00 CSM Mike Maynard 28714 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>SSG Harvey - some good advice throughout<div><br></div><div>Basically</div><div><br></div><div>1. All NCOERs should be populated in your Assignment Info</div><div>2. If same org, station, duty title - combine</div><div>3. If deployed, breakout and have (FWD Location) in the duty title</div><div>4. If you are forward, then the duty assignment on the ERB should match with the word "FWD" </p><p>I am not sure there is a standard, but when it looks right, it looks right and there won't be a lot of erroneous information on there. I think the biggest influence will be the NCOER and how the senior and rater feel about you as a leader. If those match, then you should be close. </p> Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 15 at 2014 5:38 PM 2014-02-15T17:38:29-05:00 2014-02-15T17:38:29-05:00 CW2 Private RallyPoint Member 1470925 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>AR 600-8-104, Army Military Human Resource Records Management; Chapter 5, Updating Data Related To The Record Brief Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 22 at 2016 7:42 AM 2016-04-22T07:42:06-04:00 2016-04-22T07:42:06-04:00 MSG John Duchesneau 3726161 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It seems to me that Soldiers should be allowed to sit down with an admin NCO and review their ERBs to make sure they are complete and accurate.
