General Moore and SGM Plumley come to my immediate mind but even your current Sergeant Major of the Army seems like an outstanding leader.

Air Force wise, my current squadron commander has probably been the best I have had so far. General Larry O. Spencer is also on my list, especially knowing that he was prior enlisted and has worked his way all the way up to O-10. Basically anyone who leads rather than dictates is what I would consider to be a favorite.Response by SrA Matthew Knight made Jul 30 at 2015 2:34 AM2015-07-30T02:34:02-04:002015-07-30T02:34:02-04:00MSgt Jim Wolverton886639

I only look up to leaders I actually know and two stick in my mind, Lt Col Michael Stickney and TSgt Franco Coscia, a former CC and supervisor.
