<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ummmm so, women have previously not been allowed to perform in these positions, so 'no longer allowed' would be a completely inaccurate statement since they were never 'allowed' to in the first place. Secondly, the Secretary of Defense just announced that these positions will be open to women starting in January. So either the post you read on social media was completely inaccurate, or you read it wrong and it likely stated that females are NOW allowed to perform in combat-related jobs.
