My sequence number should come up in October and I should be promoted Thursday if I am selected, but the list isn't out. The RUMINT has the MILPER coming out this week, announcing the preposition list, then the full list for next week. Then again...the RUMINT said August and then 15SEP and some of it says as far out as November and December.
