For now they only have Assoc and Bach in comp sci and bus admin and an MBA though I've gathered they're likely to have other Assoc Bach masters level programs eventually incl in sciences possibly also nursing though I'm not entirely certain I've just gleaned some things looking into their programs. The Natl home study council or NHSC morphed into the dist educ training council or DETC awhile ago DETC which is I also gather a recognized body does I've seen accredit UoPeople they are listed on the DETC website that much I did look up though before the MBA was announced. Whether the services might accept it I don't know; they accept http://www.excelsior.edu, which used to be the USNY not SUNY regents external/college degree or RED/RCD program a part of my state govt that split off and privatized a few years ago and which has a very long friendly rapport with the services their alumni publctn constantly lists svc mbrs who've had success with them plus they have nursing up through am MSN I got a 2nd Bach in math through them they had an arngmnt whereby one could get 30 pass fail credits on a passing raw score not percentile raw score on the GRE subject tests not the GRE genl test the subject tests. Plus a friend of mine got a Bach in math from them and got into am OCS based on it so I know for a fact that they're real. Id seen on the site here a mention that one of the svcs was having new enlistees aprntly wait a yr after enlisting to use their educ benefits so I'd just been sugstng UoPeople as a nearly free altrntv that svc mbrs and or vets might just posbly care to ask any to see if the svcs or VA might accept them to fund one in their programs that was all. Also look at learnerstv.com the single best collection of free educ videos I've ever seen rivaling MIT Open Courseware or MIT OCW hope the information is of use many thanks .

UoPeople - The world's first tuition-free online university

Welcome to the world’s first non-profit, tuition-free, accredited, online, American university.
