Greetings All, The APFT had an exemption for performing the activity if over 60 years old. Does the ACFT have a similar exemption?

It has passing score thresholds that change for 62 yrs and older.

No, the exemption wasn't continued with the change to the ACFT.

Well....I'm 57 and I am very confident that I can throw a softball over my head, I can drag a little person down the field, lift the weight of two shopping bags from a squat position, and jog around the track before the day is over.

I'm old enough to remember when over 40 was voluntary to take the PT test. My joints hurt so bad, I wish it was that way now.

A question I have is the age waiver past 60. How difficult was it to get approved? When did you need to start the process. Oh, I see, you're a doctor. Never mind.
