If those suggestion work, go for it. No sense in suffering any longer. Very simple things to do on your part. I am of the opinion that a great deal of good can be done with proper diet and readjusting a diet to eliminate a lot of &#39;unhealthy&#39; foods, or foods which do not agree with you any way shape or form. I was able to lower my cholesterol and high blood pressure by diet and exercise. Also eliminated dairy products finding out I was lactose intolerant after about 25 years helped a great deal.
