I had a foreclosure on one of the loans. I recommend going with a lender who specializes in VA loans only. They know the ins and outs of everything needed to qualify. They offer more consideration towards vets. Good Luck!!!Response by Sgt Chris Cornejo made Jan 22 at 2020 9:19 PM2020-01-22T21:19:34-05:002020-01-22T21:19:34-05:00SSgt John Wise5472349<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have a contact who happens to be the VP of lending and I send all veterans to her. I know of 1 place that will go below 580 if you would like that information I would be happy to provide you with a contact. If you are close to 580 it may be more beneficial to run some simulations and get your score up.Response by Sgt Evan Vanover made Jan 23 at 2020 8:18 AM2020-01-23T08:18:30-05:002020-01-23T08:18:30-05:00Sgt John Hicks5475336<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Good question.
