Has Military Assignments in Career Corner helped you find a desired assignments and does your branch manager have the same information?

Unfortunately NO, I checked on a couple profile vacancies with my branch manager and none were listed so I went with a completely different assignment. Fingers crossed I will see I am on assignment next week.

Unfortunately, the only way the assignments in career corner will work is if everyone in the Military registers on this page and has an accurate estimated PCS. I know when I checked mine their were only like 4 NCOs in my MOS that had the same estimated PCS. With that being said, hopefully this page starts spreading and growing throughout the military so we can get more accurate information.

SFC Owen, I have wondered about this question myself. I have been at my current assignment for three years and want to PCS when I get back form my deployment. I will use RP Career Corner as a resource when I speak with my Branch Manager about future assignments. Great question!

I wish you luck. The version I see has ALL LTCs, regardless of branch, status, and other factors. Have not even seen an officer the same branch . Not seeing value added

SFC Owens, we welcome your feedback on how to make the Military Assignments tool more helpful. For example, some have requested allowing people to choose other MOSs, or to specifically filter down by specific duty stations.

Please post any desired features here, and if it make sense, we will be happy to add it to our development roadmap.
