<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Since there are no TriCare premiums for AD and dependants I am assuming that you are talking about retirees. I don't see a problem with it as everyone knows how bad smoking is for you and makes the choice to smoke/dip/chew. It would need to be for all tobacco use and not just smoking.

The more physically fit the lower the premiums....lower self-induced (smoking) risks the lower the costs?<br /><br />I remember my brother telling me he had to have a physical for one of his health insurance policies.....the strong survive?

How about people who get lots of speeding tickets? Should military (guard and reserves) pay more than civilians?
