All you need is a dollar and a dream...oh, and a budget. Why not suspend the sale of the tickets until then can fund the winners?

They essentially ran out of checks... not money.

So, if there are no proper amount of funds to pay out to people with winnings of $600.00 or more, then where in the hell did that lottery money go in the first place? Someone better order up an audit PDQ.
