I dont understand how they got u for only not going to slc... i know 2 guys that failed slc and got selected to stay, i think thats worst then not going.. I also had a article 15 and thats disciplinary stuff and they retained me. Did u update your record be4 the board? Did u write a memo and get letters of recommendation?
