How can I get official copies of promotions

I was never given my promotion to e3 or e4 ceremonies and never a copy of the warrants due to deployment status.

If you've gotten out of the military in the past 24 months, I would recommend contacting the S1 (Admin Section) of the last unit that you were assigned to. They should keep all personnel files on hand for two years.

If they can not help you, it will likely be a lengthy process that will need to start at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
