How can I re-enlist to go to Fort Hood given that my MOS has no openings to re-enlist?

It doesn't hurt to have more then one MOS.

SSG Private RallyPoint Member My one and only enlistment was "RA Unassigned" which equals needs of the Army. Wound up trained as a radar repair tech, which set me up for a 40 year great career in the telecom world. Try needs of the army, and based on your scores and openings, there is a chance for good things to happen. BTW, I'm somewhat of an optimist.

You answered it you can't re-enlist for it. It's up to the data retention has. However Ft Hood is pretty demanding maybe looking up HR data to see what is available and asking branch to let you have the assignment.

Doubt that is going to happen, might check if there is a possibility of a Post swap from someone in your MOS at Hood. Or you reclass for something found at Hood.
