You should be able to request PTDY through your CoC and then it is up to the CO to either approve or deny. As for terminal leave, it should be as simple as filling out a leave request form. If you do not get to take your terminal leave, you will get it paid out to you on your final check, you won&#39;t surrender or lose it.
