How do I find out what the current options are for reenlistment?

I am up for reenlistment and I'm just curious if I reenlist for a longer time (more years) is there bonuses or any sort of special incentives right now?

Talk to your local career guidance. They will have better insight depending on mos, rank, unit, open slots, they should be the ones with the MTOE for the units. You might be able to reclass for a bonus.
