How do I get an APFT tracker for a platoon-sized element?

I am looking for an APFT tracker that can cover a platoon. I would prefer it to cover the events and body fat composition.

What the Major said is absolutely correct. It’s all in dtms. You can pull by Plt. It even tells you who’s available/unavailable, who is due/overdue, etc... the only thing I haven't figured out is is it can give you a unit/Plt average. There are also a few “Army Leader Book”(Apple) apps out there that can help you keep track of this plus everything else you would like at your fingertips.

I know DTMS sucks, but it is the program of record and we are mandated to use it. Why make more work for yourself? Get with your DTMS manager to show you how to pull the excel spreadsheet for your plt and use that.

I have a leaders book in Excel format. I can track almost everything in it. Shoot me an email and I'll send it to you. Otherwise dtms or talk to your training NCO and get the PT and ABC binders. Write down the info and start tracking.

You can honestly just make an Excel spreadsheet as an unofficial tracker or like another user said, DTMS. I used to keep an Excel sheet for our PLT by age, APFT event raw/point scores, and then HT/WT. Pretty easy as long as you stay on top of it.

Check your units share drive, there are so many premade trackers and other useful items on share drives.
