A little confused, because all record&#39;s should be in your medical file. If you are a veteran, you can request one copy per year of your medical records. They come on CD or printed out, depending on what format you want them in. Those days are gone. You can go to tricare online and pull all of your medical records from your time in the Army. I can see records from my time when I was in Guard and also my stuff when I was on active duty my first time.
