Since you are out, you can file a claim with the VAResponse by SFC Marc W. made Feb 19 at 2020 11:17 AM2020-02-19T11:17:52-05:002020-02-19T11:17:52-05:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member5577573

A MEB (meidcal evaluation board - to determine if you are fit to serve) is initiated after a P3 profile is written. In order to get a profile, you would need to see a doctor. You can have your PCM write something up and submit it to your POC at HRC or you can request a PHA. A failing condition will get you evaluated. You will not be medically separated like active duty service members.
Or you can stay in the IRR until your contract is over and just ETS.

P.S. There are OCONUS reserve units. Going to the IRR was a choice, not the only one. It is harder to get help and find POCs while in the IRR.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 19 at 2020 12:23 PM2020-02-19T12:23:17-05:002020-02-19T12:23:17-05:00CSM Darieus ZaGara5578608

You should have received a sponsoring unit when you transferred.
