Are we really as ethical as we think we are? A lot of times we make decisions and not even think about it and whether it is using work computer for personal use or telling a Soldier to put the drip pan back under the other sections vehicle.

Lead by example., lead from the front and do what's right especially where your troops are concerned.

A leader must lead from the front and lead by example. Also, counseling goes a long way if you tell Soldiers what you expect from them!

If someone is doing something they shouldn't be then I say something cause that's who I am.

Understood. That's just an action, nonetheless, how far up do you go to correct and say something to those senior NCOs and junior/field grader officers?

I'll correct anybody that's doing something wrong. I don't care about rank when it comes to somebody needing to be corrected, if you're doing something wrong and it needs to be corrected I will do it on the spot. Obviously I will be polite and have military bearing, but if somebody is doing something immoral, unethical, and/or especially dangerous then I will correct them.
