A lot of times we make decisions and not even think about it and whether it is using work computer for personal use or telling a Soldier to put the drip pan back under the other sections vehicle. How do you influence ethical behavior in your organization? 2014-11-09T18:12:08-05:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 319008

Are we really as ethical as we think we are? One of the biggest factors is the culture of the organization, which can be influenced by the CEO and other leaders. Another important factor is communication between management and employees. If employees feel like they are being heard and respected by their managers, they are more likely to feel that they have a voice in the company's decision making process. If they do not feel like they have this opportunity, they may feel more inclined to take matters into their own hands through unethical behavior. This https://graduateway.com/essay-examples/ethics/ article has discussed all of these factors in great detail. Finally, I think that it is important for leaders at all levels of an organization to model ethical behavior themselves. When leaders make decisions based on principles rather than on self interest, I think it sends a strong message about what type of behavior is expected from others in the organization.

Free Ethics Essay Examples and Topic Ideas on GraduateWay

Browse high quality Ethics essay examples at Graduateway.com.
