These ought to be AWESOME! See some shit going south really quick with this stuff. Snorting, smoking, adding dry powder to alcohol that already contains the alcohol. Those that would abuse ETOH will find a way to do it. This will make is easier for them for sure but I don't see where it would cause an increase in the number of ETOH incidents over all. As far as your questions about deployments its a banned substance those that get caught are aware of this and accept the consequences of breaking the rules. In garrison who care if they are of age, again if they underage they are "adults" and accept the consequences of breaking the rules. This seems like one of the many non-issues that will of course get blown up into major proportions before it's all done. We need to quit worrying about trivial stuff like this.......our Soldier, Sailors, and Airman are adults, they are told the rules, should they choose to break them hold them accountable otherwise who cares if I take 6 lemon drop powdered drinks on my next fishing trip. It's not like this produce is not clearly labeled what it is. Anyway like I said this is a non-issue in my book, that will become an issue just because someone needs an OPR bullet or something, but I will be looking out for them....would love to try them....be great for camping and traveling to hotels and such...much less weight, volume, etc...................EDIT.....reading over other's post I guess I have more faith in our "adults" than others....lol..
