Why would you risk your retirement like this?Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 10 at 2016 8:17 AM2016-12-10T08:17:24-05:002016-12-10T08:17:24-05:001SG Al Brown2147295<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The last time I witnessed this situation, the SSG popped the test by smoking a joint. He had one month before terminal leave started on a 20 year retirement. He was reduced to SGT, which violated his RCP. His retirement packet was pulled and he was Chaptered out. It happens all the time with E4's on the way out the door, but it's rare that someone would jeopardize a retirement.Response by 1SG Al Brown made Dec 10 at 2016 8:34 AM2016-12-10T08:34:37-05:002016-12-10T08:34:37-05:00SSG Laurie Mullen2147712<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Why would anyone risk their retirement for something so stupid?? I don't see it ending well - at a minimum I would think the retirement packet would be pulled and the individual dishonorably discharged. Maybe worse.
