For my next contract say I find myself in another CTC, toxicity is at an all time high, how do I go about putting in a inter-post transfer ? How does the process of a interpost transfer work? 2020-01-28T16:28:48-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 5493314

Currently in a Composite Truck Company, for my next contract I'm really....dreading on ending up back in another CTC due to the fact of the bad taste that its left for me. Interpost transfers are dictated, not requested. That means your unit is told to send an 88M to another unit and they comply. No need to tell them the motives but just to experience a new environment and/or learn new traits of the trade. However, if you can get a location you really like as SFC Private RallyPoint Member has mentioned it can offset the organization that you are in. Secondly, as a young SGT you can start controlling your foxhole (team) and creating some positive momentum that makes small changes throughout the organization. If you must talk to your CoC as MAJ Javier Rivera mentioned. Lastly, if you really do not want to be in a CTC do some location research and request a place that does not have one. Good luck! Just keep in mind that any bonus you may be getting or possible future bonuses can be effected of you are double slotted in the UMR. As and E5 its not as easy to find an open slot.
