<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The automatic promotion will promote qualified individuals regardless of PME completion. <br /><br />If you are a SGT (P) and you meet the requirements and are fully qualified for promotion with the exception of ALC, you will be promoted and be sent to ALC when a slot is available
