SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 6040108 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am curious how the army severance pay breaks down if I have been in all components in my career. According to my ERB and LES my entry based date is from 2010. I am wondering if they will go back to then or from the time that I entered active duty. This is for a medical Evaluation Board. How is the Army severance pay calculated when you have Active duty time as well as guard and reserves? 2020-06-24T18:56:44-04:00 SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 6040108 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am curious how the army severance pay breaks down if I have been in all components in my career. Your BASD should have been adjusted when you re entered active duty, giving you credit for any prior active time you served. I don’t remember the formula they use but it won’t be your BASD. Response by SGT Robert Wager made Jun 25 at 2020 4:40 AM 2020-06-25T04:40:39-04:00 2020-06-25T04:40:39-04:00 2020-06-24T18:56:44-04:00
