It all depends on how fast the Conditional Release gets signed and sent up the chain and back down again. It depends largely on getting the release from your current unit, meeting up with your AD recruiter and then be projected to hit the floor at MEPS. I've seen it take up to a few months to get the release and then that release is usually invalid after 30 days. The action will then go to your CO, BC, BDE, then 1st General Officer in your Chain of Command for approval. After he/she approves, it will go to the USAREC G1 for signature and release. You will then get a signed Conditional Release form that you can take to a recruiter. This could take 3 months - forever depending on how persistent you are. It got through BDE and then got “lost”. Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 17 at 2020 12:34 AM 2020-07-17T00:34:10-04:00 2020-07-17T00:34:10-04:00 2020-07-15T16:42:25-04:00
