My background: prior enlisted who applied for direct commission as a 66S (ICU nurse) for FY 18. I found out a month ago the nurse corps approved me for commission, however I need a age waiver for my rank which will be 2nd LT. A month later, my recruiter still hasnt heard anything regarding the waiver. Is it normal to take this long? Im getting antsy to the point of wanting to reach out above my recruiters' COC (i.e. the OIC of the recruiting unit) but I also dont want to make my recruiter look bad. Any advice is appreciated!Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 1 at 2018 10:18 AM2018-02-01T10:18:57-05:002018-02-01T10:18:57-05:002LT Private RallyPoint Member3386339<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been selected but recruiter keeps saying scroll has not come back yet.
